Message To Melinda Coleman #opmaryville

image

It’s been several months since we learned about what happened to Daisy. Unfortunately, her story was familiar to us. It’s familiar to many women and young girls. Sometimes it feels like there’s no where safe.

To Melinda: we’re so sorry for what your daughter went through. There are no words. It should be clear to the world that this is more than any parent should have to suffer. This is unacceptable.

The people who took to your daughter’s case and did what they could to shed light on the injustices you were going through are devastated right now. And at the same time, furious.

Please know that, without question, if we could somehow produce the video you’re looking for, if it was possible, it would have been done. If we could lock those pieces of shit away for what they’ve taken from you and throw away the key, we would. If we could transfer the pain you’re feeling now over to those cunts that terrorized your daughter, knowing what she’d been through, they would feel it.

Right now all we can do is stand with you and demand that the police, prosecutors and all the other people, the one who have repeatedly failed to protect your family, for once in their lives, do their fucking jobs. And if the officials in your city can’t manage to arrest and prosucute the trash that attacked your daughter, they should all go out into the cold, take their clothes off, lay down in the snow and stay there. They are useless, they are scum and worse, they’re taking up valuable space. They’re taking up space where someone else should be, someone who is willing to protect our children, instead of ignore them when they’re being attacked.

We’re sorry that you have been robbed.

We hope that anyone, everyone, who has ever taken part in an op like this will step up now and fight for Daisy, because it’s clear that the assholes who signed up for that job are getting paid for doing nothing.

Tyler Graham Pleads Not Guilty #OpInnocence

image

The trial of the man accused of giving a two-year-old and STD began on Monday.

Tyler Graham is facing trial in Hancock County and is facing three counts: sexual assault, sexual abuse by custodian, and child abuse resulting in serious injury.

He plead not guilty to all three.

A public outcry was heard in the case when Graham was granted bail when the case first broke in February. A rally was held by the group Anonymous in Hancock County in support of the victim in the case, who was referred to as “Baby Jane.”

At the rally, money was collected to donate to the Comfort House in Weirton, which is part of the Hancock and Brooke Counties Child Advocacy Center.

In March, Graham was taken into custody after it was revealed he violated his bond by being in the vicinity of the victim’s house. According to the victim’s mother and grandfather, they saw Graham’s car pull up next to their house. The next day, the victim’s mother filed for a protective order.

Warning About A #Justice4Daisy Page #opmaryville

Statement/Release compiled by @Justice4TVictim

BXPN3McCYAACGwA

http://pastebin.com/D7NtppYM

We are personally tired of seeing others being attacked, especially those that have helped further the cause of #Justice4Daisy, #Justice4Paige, and #OpMaryville. These attacks are happening within, coming from people that say they are working to further the cause. These people are, for lack of a better term, false prophets. They attack these people and all they’re doing is breaking the cause down. It’s time to put a stop to this now and we’ll start with one particular individual that has taken a forefront stance, causing the most issues.

You can find the page we’re talking about at the following url: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Justice-for-Daisy-Coleman-and-Paige-Parkhurst/449611545144252

The person behind this page is here: https://www.facebook.com/do.right.319

Now, if you scroll down his personal timeline, you will see what we’re talking about. He claims the cause is in danger. Just because you don’t see much about it in the media anymore, doesn’t mean it’s in danger. This guy has much to learn. If anything, it’s people like him that makes this cause be in danger.

Let’s recap:
1) Close to 500 people showed up to the first Maryville rally. That’s more then the amount that showed up at the first Steubenville rally on 28 December 2012.
2) A special prosecutor has been appointed to reopen the case and take another look at it. This particular prosecutor has years of experience in dealing with sexual crimes and even has a whole Special Victims Unit at her disposal.

Now, tell me, how is the cause in danger again? It’s going right along as planned.

Now, another little thing that this Do Right person said on his page, you can find the image link at the following url: http://imgur.com/HP1Dfbv

He states the page is ran by so called “true Anons.” He doesn’t have the right to dictate who is an Anon and who isn’t, nobody has that right. Anybody can be Anonymous. He also doesn’t realize that those who are running the op have been doing shit like this for years. Myself personally, I’ve been involved in Egypt, Syria, Greece, Turkey, Steubenville, Occupy Wall Street, Occupy Chicago, Occupy Detroit, among a lot of others.

Then we have the following post, which he then later deleted: http://imgur.com/88IXP1N (The one on the left). I believe this pretty much speaks for itself.

What these guys don’t realize is that the more that Daisy & Paige are in the spotlight, the more pain it causes them and their families. This Do Right fella needs to let it go and allow the special prosecutor to do her job. NOTHING else can be done until she comes back with results.

Right now, I’m calling on everyone to go report that FB page. Shun the one behind that page. It’s radicalism like this that we DON’T need within the op. Thank you.

Accused Teen Rapists Mom: “He’s Having Some Major Issues” #opmaryville #justice4daisy

Image

The mother of an ex-football player accused of raping a teen in a case that’s attracted international attention said her son is being “assassinated.”

Matthew Barnett, now 19, was charged in January 2012 in connection with the alleged rape of 14-year-old Daisy Coleman, but the prosecuting attorney later dropped felony charges against him and a 17-year-old friend, Jordan Zech, who was accused of recording the encounter on cell phone video.

Barnett’s parents told The Daily Mail their son had been harassed at the University of Missouri after the hacktivist group Anonymous had revealed his name and posted his photo online as it pressured local authorities to reopen the investigation.

“He’s having some major issues,” said Shirley Barnett, a teacher. “Is Matthew OK? How can you go through this and be OK? You can’t go through this experience and be OK. You can’t have your picture plastered all over the world news and be portrayed as something when you know in your heart what happened and be OK. How can anybody in our family be OK over this?”

Nodaway Prosecutor Robert Rice agreed Thursday to ask a judge to appoint a special prosecutor in the case after Missouri’s lieutenant governor and House Speaker got involved.

Rice defended his decision to drop the charges, saying Coleman and a 13-year-old friend who said she was raped by a 15-year-old boy declined to testify.

But Coleman’s mother said Rice pressured her daughter into invoking her Fifth Amendment rights not to testify.

Barnett’s mother said the media had chosen sides in the case after Coleman and her mother came forward to discuss it in a Kansas City Star report published Sunday.

“This whole thing is one-sided because that is the way they have chosen it to be,” Shirley Barnett said.

Coleman admits that she and a friend had been drinking the night of Jan. 8, 2012, before meeting up with Barnett, Zech and a juvenile, with whom they continued drinking until she blacked out.

And investigators said Barnett admitted to having sex with the girl, although he said the act was consensual.

Coleman was found the following morning partially clothed on the front lawn of her family’s home in freezing cold weather.

Rice said the cell phone video of the encounter was deleted and could not be retrieved by crime lab investigators, and he said the most serious charges were dropped because his office didn’t have enough evidence to convict without the girls’ testimony.

Shirley Barnett claimed there was information that would prove her son’s version of events, but she declined to be specific.

“The more you dig, you will get closer to the truth,” she said. “It is not on the surface, you’re going to have to dig for it, unfortunately, we can’t help with that because that is not our personality.”

Shirley Barnett said her son and others from Maryville had been threatened online and required protection.

“I am here to talk about the people of this town that have been threatened, that do not feel safe to come to their jobs, they don’t feel safe to go to school, there’s campuses across the state where students are having to be walked to class and having to be escorted because of their safety,” Shirley Barnett said. “That needs to stop. It’s not fair to those people. They have no relationship whatsoever to this case; they have no knowledge of the case, but because they’re from a small town, they’re being threatened, and that needs to stop.”

Coleman also claimed she was threatened after the boys were charged, and the harassment continued even after the felony charges were dropped.

Her mother said some girls started an online campaign urging the teen to take her own life.

Coleman’s family eventually moved from Maryville, and their house burned to the ground due to undetermined causes while they tried to sell it.

Misinformation Coming From Facebook #OpMaryville #Justice4Daisy

A Facebook page called Justice For Daisy Coleman is spreading misinformation about Daisy’s rape.

This is what was in the “about me” portion of the page:

image

I personally have never heard Daisy say she was drugged. The only thing close was “she drank a clear liquid.” Alcohol (Bacardi) was recovered from the Barnett residence.

She made it clear to her knowledge she was not drugged.

Also here:

image

This was brought up to the admins of the page and they did take the “drugged” portion out.

image

This was part of the Kansas City Star article:

Bacardi was recovered from the Barnett home with other bottles of “clear liquids”
image

Drugs weren’t found. Her BAL at 9am the next morning was still 0.13.

Please disregard misinformation going around. If it’s not confirmed with science or the words of Daisy, her mom, Paige, or her mom it’s misinformation.

We don’t need all the rumors stated to be taken as facts.

Please follow @justice4daisy or @opmaryville for current and correct information. None of the actual facebook pages are legit. Only the Justice4Daisy Event Page

To also be clear: I’ve never lived in Maryville.

#OpMaryville #Anonymous Press Release

Alleged rape victims speak to CNN

#OpMaryville — For Immediate Release

Greetings, World.

We are Anonymous.

Over the past few days we have witnessed the internet unite around a single cause, justice for Daisy Coleman, her friend Paige, and their families. Netizens from around the world have come together, not only to defend victims of rape, but to attack a system that has continuously failed to punish rapists for their crimes. We have been horrified to discover the extent to which police and state officials are willing to go to protect themselves, and their allies, at the expense of these victim’s honor.

– First, we address Maryville’s Sheriff Darren White:

Dear Sheriff, what could we possibly have done to offend you? It was obvious to us at the onset of our campaign that your role in this travesty of justice was minimal. You’re just a small town guy, with no where near the authority required to effectively cover up the rape of a 14-year-old girl. We know you couldn’t if you tried. There are important people that need to be held accountable for this, not you.

Also, please don’t patronize us for being economically challenged. Our parents are decent, hardworking folk. They weren’t really using the basement anyway, except to store this old ping-pong table and it’s not in the way or anything. So, if we have to stay down here for a while with a bunch of rusty old tools and 30-year-old stacks of Playboy magazines (don’t tell mom) until we can get back on our feet, there’s nothing wrong with that.

Since you brought it up, if for instance one wanted to, saaaay… apply for a job with the Maryville Sheriff’s Department, how would one go about doing that?

Thanks for reaching out.

P.S. I’m sorry we haven’t broken any laws. We know that would really help you out of this.

– Next, we’d like to address prosecutor Robert Rice:

Bob, can we call you Bob? Bob, we had a statement prepared earlier. And frankly, we wish we could hand that document over to you, but unfortunately, those records have been closed. Really sorry about that. I guess we’ll just have to continue to speculate about our intentions.

In spite of how brutal and gruesome the sexual assault of a 13 and 14-year-old girl really is, let’s take some time away from focusing on that aspect of this case and discuss how truly awful this entire ordeal has been for you. We understand that you have high expectations for your career and your reputation is very important to you. We just want to apologize, you know, in spite of this whole rape thing, if you feel some sort of… umm, injustice has taken place here. At any rate, you’ve clearly gone through a traumatic event and if you want to take some time off, perhaps a term or two, we’d totally understand.

Just to clarify one thing… did you just tell the press that in order for a sexual assault to occur the victim needs to prove it? Damn. Maybe you and Guy of Gisborne can take a fishing trip together. The Sheriff should have some free time coming up anyway, you know, with rape victims now being responsible for investigating the crimes against them.

– To Attorney General Chris Koster:

It must have been so disappointed for you, having become Attorney General of an entire state, to find your position so limiting. Truly, if there is any injustice here, it’s that your hands are tied. You’re the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MISSOURI and you have no ability to exercise influence over the actions of a small-town prosecutor in your state? That’s astonishing, almost completely unbelievable. And it’s unfair, really, when you think about it. In some other circumstance, a person in your position could cowardly hide behind one law, while refusing to enforce another, the laws against raping 14-year-olds, for instance. Ironic, really. We hope one day you have the power you need to actually do you job.

To the people of the Internet:

We are not conducting this operation, you are. It is you who will find justice for the real innocents in Maryville. Please continue to support the actual victims of unspeakable crimes. Don’t let a knuckle-dragging cop, an unscrupulous attorney, or a some spineless state official provoke you into losing control or forgetting why you started fighting back in the first place. These people reek of fear. Daisy and Paige are winning. We love you. Don’t back down.

That’s all for now.

We are Anonymous
We are Legion
We do not forgive
We do not forget
Expect Us.
